Who these terms are between

These terms apply between you (the practice or person buying a website) and DesignFresh Studio, run by Valentin Ciocoiu in Romania ("we" or "us"). Questions? Email valentin@designfreshstudio.com.

What each package includes

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Our first 10 practices get founding-client prices; after that, the regular prices apply. The price you are quoted when you approve your design is the price you pay.

• Starter — one-time, $399 founding price (regular $599): a one-page website with your services, hours and location, a click-to-call button, a mobile-first design, basic on-page SEO, and the first month of hosting.
• Standard — one-time, $699 founding price (regular $999): everything in Starter, with up to five pages (for example services, team, first visit, insurance and contact).
• Care Plan — $39 per month: hosting, an SSL security certificate, updates and backups, uptime monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of small edits per month. Unused minutes do not carry over.

Anything outside these packages is quoted separately and only done with your written OK.

How a project works

• We review your current site and design your new one.
• You see the design before you pay anything. Two rounds of changes are included before approval.
• If you don't approve the design, you owe nothing.
• Once you approve and pay, we launch the site within 14 days, provided we have what we need from you (for example access to your domain and any content you want to add).

Payment

Payment is due after you approve the design and before the website is published. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Care Plan is billed monthly in advance.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos and logos you send us, and that the information about your practice (such as hours, services and insurance) is accurate. You are responsible for keeping it up to date, or for asking us to under the Care Plan.

Who owns the website

Once the full price has been paid, the website we made for you is yours, and you can ask for all of its files at any time. Fonts, icons and stock photos stay under their own licenses, which allow you to use them on your website. We will only show your website in our portfolio with your permission.

Hosting and the Care Plan

• You can cancel the Care Plan anytime by email.
• When you cancel, your website stays online until the end of the month you have paid for.
• We then hand over all the website files so you or someone else can host it.
• Prefer to host it yourself from the start? You get all the files, with no subscription needed.

Health information

We do not build forms or features that collect patient health information, and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Buttons such as "Book an appointment" link to the booking system or patient portal you already use; those systems, and how they handle patient data, remain your responsibility and your provider's.

Search engines

We build every website with clean, fast, mobile-friendly basics that search engines reward, but we do not guarantee any ranking or position in Google or any other search engine.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you approved your design apply to that project.
